Creativity According To "Hoarding" "Experts": Hypocricy or Context Dependence ? Only For Licensed Artists ? BIT "Overcreativity"

They teach creativity to kids in kindergarten, in early grades of school, to make arts and crafts with cardboard toilet paper tubes, sticks and all kinds of things, to care about nature, to reduce waste..

They show "recycling art" in museums.

But god forbid an adult person actually does it in their own home - they are treated as infantile or mentally ill.

So, what exactly is being taught to kids then - what are they supposed to take away from kindergarten, school ?

That creativity is ok.. as long as it's done under.. Adult Supervision ?

That it is only for special Licensed and Certified Artists and Museums ?

Are most people expected to forget all those skills they learned as kids ?

BIT defines "Overcreativity" as "finding additional uses for things" ( as a perceived obstacle to discarding ).

"Hoarding" "experts" pay lip service to creativity being a good thing.. as long as it takes generally accepted, palatable, age- and context-appropriate forms.

Hypocrisy plain and simple, that's what it is.

Myself, I sent the "hoarding" "experts" packing, and went off the deep end on "Overcreativity", under whichever meaning.

The resulting enhancement in problem-solving skills in all areas of my life was.. awe-inspiring.. and it's still just ramping up.
